Been busy applying for Residency programme , Printing out and filling forms .
The seats are limited m so they are going to choose those with GPA = 3.5 and above .
I've been also looking for the contact information of two Physicians who wrote me recommendation letters just before the end of internship . I used to have them saved on my mobile but then i've changed mobiles several times and ended up loosing some and stupidly deleting others .
But then it turned out to be a very stupid idea of course . You never know when you will need to contact someone again ( Note to self )
Anyway , the limited social circle i made when i was an intern proved to be of some use .
I am picking the Internal medicine !
( who thought ? ) .
Funny thing is , back at medical school when i used to spend more time daydreaming with my peers of which speciality we are going for than actually studying , Everyone used to say they never thought of me doing anything else but medicine . ( An undercover accusation of being a nerd ! )
But then i used to dread internal medicine , so i used to pick up anything else , Family medicine used to be my constant fantazy . But it was nothing but a fantasy. the only available run away was Psychiatry and i went for it , but never made it to the programe , obviously they weren't convinced Psychiatry was my passion , no matter how hard i tried to act .
So who knows ?
Maybe it wasn't meant to be .
